fresca, i hope you’re getting it. don’t be discouraged if this is taking longer. That’s just the way these things are going now. i know you recognize the photo. we will get there one day again. pinky promise.

time to time, keep checking back here. I know you will find a way to get a message to me. every night, I still say goodnight to you in the way you expect.

for now, I am hoping you are keeping safe and using your best judgment to avoid the problems which we both know exist around you.

i know more about what is going on in your life than people expect me to know. I know you know what that means.

There are a bunch of movies that we have to catch-up on, including john wick 4 (I am smiling as I wrote that).

I just hope you understand that what I am going through is in no way normal or legal or morally correct in this country. If you are confused or frustrated how this is taking so long to resolve, it is normal for you to feel that way including for you to feel very angry about it.

I just want you to focus on keeping your grades up, keeping safe, and each day that passes is one day closer that you will never have to have a sad day in your life.

I promise you that I am doing everything possible to fufill that.
